I swear I mail in my claims for reimbursement and they disappear when they hit Humana’s P.O. Box in Kentucky. Another reason to hate that state. I swear my claims endup with santa’s letters. How do you fight a claim they refuse to admit exists no matter how many times you send it in. I’ve lost count on ow many abled bodied people i have had to involved in this, that sucks, and it’s embarrassing. Thanks Humana.
