UnitedHealthcare is the 4th-largest company in the world, after Amazon, Walmart and China’s state owned utility, State Grid. In 2025, United had revenues of $446.6 billion, or $1.23 billion per day. CVS/Aetna is 9th on the list, Cigna is 21st, and Elevance (Anthem) is 31st.
