Box in Kentucky. Another reason to hate that state. I swear my claims endup with santa&#8217;s letters. How do you fight a claim they refuse to admit exists no matter how many times you send it in. I&#8217;ve lost count on ow many abled bodied people i have had to involved in this, that sucks, and it&#8217;s embarrassing.
